The most common questions about MedKeep, answered plainly.
Tap the + button on the Family tab to add a new profile. Give each member a name, a colour, and an optional photo. Their records, medications, vitals, documents, are kept completely separate and clearly labelled.
Open any family member's profile, tap the export icon (top right), and choose which sections to include, medications, vitals, doctor visits, documents, or all of the above. The PDF is generated entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can share it via AirDrop, email, or print it directly from your phone.
Your data stays on your device. Cancelling a subscription never deletes your records. You will retain access to your locally stored vault but will revert to the free tier limits, one family member profile and up to 5 document uploads. You can export a PDF summary of any profile at any time, before or after cancelling.
Yes. MedKeep is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android. Your experience is native on each platform, the app uses platform-specific biometrics (Face ID on iOS, fingerprint on Android) and follows each platform's design conventions.
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account, not through MedKeep directly. On iOS: go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → MedKeep. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
